- Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and provide alternatives where possible.
2. Pricing
Our prices are already discounted. Prices may vary depending on the size that fits, and they are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase applies.
3. Order Confirmation and Invoicing
For orders placed through the call center, a proforma invoice will be issued, outlining the item details and total payable amount. After the payment is received, an official receipt will be provided to confirm the transaction is complete.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, M-Pesa, and select credit and debit cards. Payments for call-center orders follow the invoice and receipt process.
5. Delivery
Call-center orders will be delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation, and delivery charges may apply based on location.

Return Policy
- Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized uniforms and altered garments are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as medical and security uniforms may not be returned once worn.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
For eligible returns, customers may opt for an exchange or refund. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method for call-center purchases, and processing may take 3-5 business days.
Items purchased through the call center can be returned by first contacting the call center with the proforma invoice number and a copy of the receipt.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. Animet Limited will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
5. Return Process
Walk-in customers may return items directly to the store. For call-center purchases, items can be returned at the store or through a scheduled pickup arranged with our team.
6. Order Collection
Uncollected goods will be disposed of after 6 months and there will be no exchange or refund whatsoever.
