How to take accurate measurements

Inches scale (large numbers): Use the side with large numbers—or the top scale on a dual tape—to read measurements in inches.
Centimeters scale (small numbers): If your tape measure shows centimeters (cm), convert to inches using this rule: Convert cm to inches: divide the centimeter number by 2.54 (e.g. 50 cm ÷ 2.54 = 19.6 in)

Take measurements over light clothing using a flexible fabric tape measure. Keep the tape level and snug—do not pull it tight.

Chest / Bust: Wrap the tape measure horizontally around the fullest part under the arms.
Collar / Neck: Measure around the base of the neck. Place 2 fingers inside for comfort.
Waist: Measure around the natural waistline where trousers, shorts, or skorts rest.
Length: Measure vertically from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hemline.

💡 Growth Room Tip: If measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size.
